Our services operate on a Legal Process Outsourcing model, allowing us to provide assistance through online software and applications. These tools enable you to create the contents of your will in accordance with Indian laws. We also offer offline customized services.
  • Our expertise includes advice and assistance in preparing and verifying wills and other documents related to succession and estate planning under Indian laws. We guide you through execution, attestation, storage, custody, and translation of wills, adhering to Indian legal practices.   • To update this information to maintain its accuracy.
  • Upon providing your registration details, an email will be sent to your registered email ID by Vaseeyatnama to inform you about your login and password details. You will need to use these login credentials to make payments (online or offline).

We reserve the right to terminate accounts created by users who appropriate the name, email address, or other personally identifiable information of another individual or provide incomplete or improper personal details.

We also reserve the right to refuse approval of a user account or terminate an existing user account with or without cause or notice (other than any notice required by applicable law and not waived herein) for any reason at any time.

Recommendations for Legal Assistance: You can recommend advocates, consultants, and clerks for registration andnotarization of wills at specific locations in India..

Custodian and Executor Services: You also recommend individuals or corporate bodies who can provide custodian and executor services related to wills under Indian laws.

To avail any of these services, clients need to contact you through the method outlined on your website. Customized or offline wills, including the creation of family trusts, are typically completed within 60 days from payment, considering drafts and feedback. If there are delays due to information sharing, adjustments to deadlines or payment terms may be made

Payments:

  • For our online services, you can make payments through the payment gateway as outlined on our website. Additionally, for offline services, you have the option to pay via NEFT or by cheque.
  • If you choose to make a payment through the payment gateway, we will charge and recover the associated fees.
  • Please note that all our services are subject to applicable Goods and Service Tax.

Cancellation Policy:      

  • Refunds will be initiated to the same Payment ID from which we received payment.

  • Once the will document is generated using our Online Will writing application, refunds cannot be claimed.
  • For offline services, you may seek a refund if our services do not meet your requirements or if there are delays beyond 48 hours.
  • Decisions regarding full refunds are at our sole discretion, and any refunds made will be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges, if applicable.

Confidentiality:

  • We prioritize privacy and confidentiality of your data.
  • We retain your registration details (name, email ID, city name, cell number) solely for communication related to our services.

Legal Jurisdiction & Personal Laws:

Applicability of Indian Law: Our services are specifically designed to be suitable for the application of Indian law. They cater to Indian citizens and NRIs who have assets or properties in India.

Foreign Assets: If you possess assets outside India, it is advisable to create a separate Will in that country according to the local laws.
Muslim Personal Law: It’s essential to note that the Muslim Personal Law prevailing in India imposes certain restrictions on individuals practicing Islam. Succession under Sharia law governs inheritance. (1/3 – Will and 2/3 – Sharia)

In the case of offline services, you may seek a refund if our services do not meet your requirements or if the delivery is delayed beyond 48 hours. If the services do not adhere to normal industry standards and we are unable to address the delay and quality issues within 48 hours, you are eligible for a refund.

It shall be our sole discretion to determine whether a particular case is appropriate for a full refund or not. Any refunds made will be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges, if applicable.
